I purchased an extended service contract when I purchased my Sony Tv in 5/06 with a company called Service Net. In March 08 I requested service but the Tech that came out found that the HDMI cable was loose and that no other work was needed.but I threw out the receipt stating this. on 2 Dec 08 I called for service complaining of a dark picture.Service Net advised me that it sounds like a lamp is needed for my TV and that they will not provide service because the last tech that was at my home was paid $375.00 for a new lamp for my TV and that the contract only calls for 1 free lamp replacement. I advised them that I never received a lamp replacement. They are telling me that I did. I am requesting a copy of the workorder that I signed when the last tech left which clearly stated "Loose HDMI cable" but they tell me that they will try to get it. its been over 3 weeks now with no help in sight.Itried calling the last tech but he is insisting that he installed a new lamp but I know for a fact that he did not. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Lou
