Meyers had some words for any fans of his that may also be Trump
supporters, whereas Fallon showcased Trump's "clapback" response.

Late-night hosts Seth Meyers, Jimmy Fallon, Stephen Colbert and James
Corden all took time from their Wednesday night opening monologues to
address Eminem's politically charged freestyle against Donald Trump.

During the 2017 BET Hip Hop Awards, Eminem performed an explosive
freestyle against the president, calling him a "racist grandpa" and
asking fans to "decide who you like more": him or Trump.

Meyers felt inspired by the rapper's anti-Trump cypher.

The host addressed Eminem's freestyle takedown of President Trump,
saying, "Powerful stuff. To any fans of this show who are also fans of
Donald Trump, it's time to make a decision, guys."

"Do you support him or do you support this show that constantly mocks
and denigrates everything about him?" Meyers asked his audience. He
then tried his own hand at dropping rhymes: "My name is Seth and I'm
here to say, if you like Trump then go away."

For Eminem, a Grammy-winning recording artist and lyricist, the
previous night's lines were a bit more scathing: "When he attacks the
NFL so we focus on that/Instead of talking Puerto Rico or gun reform
for Nevada/All these horrible tragedies and he's bored and would
rather/Cause a Twitter storm with the Packers/Then says he wants to
lower our taxes."

A guest on Meyers' show, Taran Killam praised Eminem and tried to
perform his impression of the rapper.

"I feel like he said everything that I was thinking and wanted out
there except a couple of things," Killam said before asking if he could
do his impression of Eminem.

Managing to only say Trump's name, Killam struggled to continue with a
freestyle. "He's so good. He just finds so many rhymes," Killam said,
praising Eminem.

The actor then stated that he was attempting rhyme "Mar-a-Lago" but
could only rhyme it with "The parrot from Aladdin's lago."

Giving up, Killam called the rapper "incredible."

During his show, Fallon decided to showcase a proper rap battle between
Eminem and the president, showing a "clapback" music video Trump posted
as a response to Eminem's freestyle.

The late-night host showed a montage of clips of the president
speaking, focusing on gibberish sound bites set to a hip-hop beat, to
make it seem as if the president was rapping.

"Trump was mad, but he was also a little confused. Today he told people
to boycott the M&M store," Fallon joked. In a Trump voice, the late-
night host then quipped, "Reese's Pieces are the best. They should have
their own store."

To kick off his show, Colbert showed mock deleted scenes from the BET
performance. Filmed in the Beverly Center parking garage, a couple was
unable to exit because Eminem was blocking their car. And the couple
believed the rapper was "Macklemore."

"That's an awfully hot coffeepot. Should I dump it on Donald Trump?"
Eminem began to rap, as the couple watched confused.

As he continued to rap, the wife addressed the roadblock ahead of them.
"Black gentlemen are just standing in the back. They're not saying
anything," the wife told her husband. Frustrated because he doesn't
want to leave too late and get charged extra for parking, the husband
honked his horn.

Despite honking, the rapper continued, leaving the husband to enjoy the
freestyle. "It is infectious though. We're with you Macklemore," the
husband said.

Corden also commented on the rapper's politically focused freestyle,
joking about what Trump's reaction would be.

"Now, the title of Eminem's rap was 'The Storm,' so naturally Donald
Trump reacted by throwing rolls of toilet paper at it," Corden joked.

Quipping about the intensity of the rapper's parking garage scenery,
Corden informed his audience that the rapper and his crew had to leave
the parking structure in under an hour or "it was gonna be 20 bucks a
car."

Corden also commented on the controversial topics Eminem rapped about,
including allowing NFL players to kneel during the National Anthem.

"Later Donald Trump responded with his own rap, that when will the NFL
players 'please stand up, please stand up?'" Corden joked, referencing
the lyrics to one of Eminem's songs.

Dems & the media want Trump to be more like Obama, but then he'd
have to audit liberals & wire tap reporters' phones.
