I have no idea who Ryan is. And the picture doesn't help. Is he the first
few ones booted early in Pearl Island?

No. Ryno got voted off after the Merge.

Perhaps you're thinking of the other Ryan, "Skinny" Ryan, who was an
early boot.

Wasn't Ryan the guy who was showing off his "one-eye jack" in one of
the first shows? That's about the only thing he did that comes to
mind about this guy.
