Definitely against the rules ... they are filmed and watched all the
time ... and if there was any inkling of any deal before the game was
over they'd have both been tossed on their asses ...
I think that Stephen being involved in corporate life in Manhattan can
bring some investment opportunities to a Southern cattle rancher ...
Either as a financial advisor or in some partnership ... Post game ...
that is fine ...

Yes, just like Rob and Amber were. That has always irritated me. I guess
sharing the money is ok as long as Survivor can get a cheesy proposal moment
out of it.

I doubt JT "gave" any money to Stephen, but I wouldn't be surprised if
they have discussed business deals and JT said "we can use this for
that."
People don't give away $100,000.
Rob's proposal to Amber came after all the votes had been cast. Hence,
it didn't affect the game.

Maybe Stephen can take JT to Maine and propose.
(Why Maine? Cuz of L.L. Bean...they could register there.)
"To directly share (give) your winnings is against the rules. To invest
your money and have a co-player as a partner is probably not."
Kee-rect! Just like with 'chips', right buddy? <wink wink>

Maybe JT whispered 'I love you' to Stephen.
It was a beautiful thing.
During the commercial break...Stephen said...'I'll tell my MOM...'Mrs.
C.'
Think of BB10 and the Renegades.
DW beat me fair and square ;)
"I wish I knew how to quit you"
The winner can do whatever he wants with the money after the game is over,
even give the runner up the whole million. They just can't make any deals
during the game.
"But I think Stephen will have better investment ideas."
So you mean that Stephen's idea wouldn't be to make T-Shirts with JT's
picture...with 'I'm a winner' underneath?
Stephen went to YALE for god's sake.
He'd have a picture of JT with:
"I screwed Stephen" underneath.
:-) Even "I" like THAT one. :-)
"I wish I knew how to quit you"
Sad but true.
Only if Rob's infatuation with Amber lasted beyond their stay in Panama.
(We've had other trysts on Survivor that didn't last beyond the game.)
In which case Amber wouldn't have shared a penny with Rob.
In fact, we still don't know what Amber did with the prize money. Is it
in trust for herself, or is it in a joint account with Rob?
Players are not allowed to conspire *during the game* to share the prize
money as part of any kind of deal.
What a player decides after the final TC votes have been cast is
entirely up to him. He could donate the whole thing to another player,
for example.
I was noticing that at the Reunion: Neither J.T. nor Stephen had a
girlfriend there.
And come to think of it, during the game, neither one of them flirted
with the female Survivors either.

Since it was awarded - therefore earned and owned *before*
they got married - it's a pre-marital asset. Depending on
the state in which they live and how that asset is managed,
it may remain distinctly hers after they get married and
even if they get divorced afterwards.
At this point, though, presumably that's only a small part
of their combined assets. They've been on several other
reality shows etc. etc. And who knows what she did with the
after-tax cash left over from that first million - probably
took home only about $600k, immediately pissed away a couple
of hundred on celebrations, gifts, etc.

No, not that I can recall.
I'm not suggesting that they're gay.
But they might be what we used to call "mama's boys."

And at one point Rob interviewed about spending his money if he won, or
spending her money if she won.
