I might need to watch the episode again and gather some post game info to understand what happened tonight, especially the first TC. For example, why did MP use her extra vote when she ended up splitting them? What was the point of doing that? Why was Naseer so clueless as to what was going on? Did Xander have major trust issues with Evvie? Heather and Erika survive again. Erika will probably have a huge target on her back now but I can see Heather sliding to the end. Maybe she makes F3 and that's why Syd can't stand her.

Ricard pitched it to Shan as a way of keeping Erika and Heather on side. IOW, Erika and Heather would have to vote for
Naseer otherwise Heather is voted out 3-2. IMO, this was unnecessarily complicated, and was a waste of Shan's extra vote.

Why was Naseer so clueless as to what was going on?

Because he couldn't imagine that Shan and Ricard would turn on him in favour of Heather.

Did Xander have major trust issues with Evvie?

No, but Evvie had issues with Xander. She felt that he should have given her his necklace at both the F12 and F11 tribal councils.

Maybe she makes F3 and that's why Syd can't stand her.

Syd doesn't know if Heather made it to F3. Her dislike of Heather began when they were both on Blue Tribe. Heather tried to
put her off balance by creating a story about a dream she had in which Syd played a prominent role.
