He was moving last week so didn't have time to write a blog. But he gave the Fishy to Elaine.

I'm in the middle of a move so I wasn't able to write a #survivor blog tonight, but Fishy for Elaine!

Same question... five episodes so far, but I have only seen blog entries for two
of them.

It doesn't help that People's web pages are loaded with javascript garbage.
Anyway, I've found the proper landing page for his blog and that's a big help:

Easiest thing to do is just check his Twitter after an episode airs. He always tweets out a link to his blog.

Everyone was so “impressed” when Fishbach remembered 7 numbers in a challenge giving him the win.

Telephone numbers and vehicle license plates are in 7s because that is what the human brain can hold. Any flat footed beat cop can do better.

The only surprise is that other playas didn’t understand brain capacity.

I wanted someone to ask why I said that. I guess your retort will have to do.

Hi friends - for the last 10 years I've written a weekly blog for @people analyzing #Survivor strategy. I've come to the decision that I just don't have the time anymore to keep writing that blog. Thank you all so much for reading and arguing with me every week.

I figure he has a kid coming.

Bye etc

With respect that doesn't take 9 months of protracted effort by the
father!

You have misunderstood and consequently mischaracterized psychologist George
Miller's work on short-term memory. He found that people can briefly remember
seven *items* -- plus or minus two.

And that is NOT why license plates have seven digits and letters. In fact, less
than half the U.S. states have such an arrangement, to say nothing of other
countries. Similarly, it is not the reason why U.S. phone numbers are now seven
digits, and again ignores the situation in other countries where telephone
numbers are not seven digits.

You've also neglected to account for the effects of hunger and fatigue that the
players on Survivor experience, which would diminish their mental capacity.

The North American Numbering Plan (NANP), which specifies seven-digit phone

Processing Information," was published almost ten years later, in 1956.

Were the creators of the NANP time-travelers or just incredibly gifted psychics?
