in the one word of the name...

well, well, well, another apostrophy, just because he has Irish

Kira Nerese (sp?), with the family name first and the given name
second, how unwestern and "unusual"...

Roddenberry with his 60's thinking wanted: All Vulcan males names to
begin with S (Surek, Spock, Stonn, Sarek), Vulcan females with T'
(T'Pau, T'Pring, hence T'Pol) and Klingon males with K (Kor, Koloth,
Kang)
