Following, for those interested in such things, is a list of
Ferengi names used in ST:DS9 and ST:TNG. I believe the list is complete
as far as DS9 is concerned but am not as certain about names from ST:TNG.
If anyone notices that a name is missing, please supply all pertinent
details
The first note contains those with initials A-H.
Advel. Father of Ishka; grandfather of Quark and Rom, greatgrandfather
of Nog. Mentioned in "Family Business."
Arridor. Dr. Arridor. A member of the Ferengi delegation sent to
negotiate for the rights to the Barzan wormhole in 2366 in "The Price."
He was lost in the Delta Quadrant when one terminus of the wormhole
changed. Played by Dan Shor.
Barbo. Quark's cousin. Mentioned in "The Nagus."
Berik. One of the renegade Ferengi who took over the Enterprise in
2369 in "Rascals." Played by Tracey Walter. Berik's name was not
actually mentioned in the aired episode nor in the credits. He may have
been the Ferengi on the bridge who accused Morta of incompetence.
Birta. DaiMon Birta contacted Picard in "Bloodlines" and told him that
Bok was no DaiMon. Played by Peter Slutsker.
Bok. Introduced himself as "DaiMon of the Ferengi." Returned
Stargazer, NCC 2893, to Captain Picard as a part of a plot to punish
Picard for killing Bok's son. Appeared in "The Battle." Played by Frank
Corsentino. Six years later, in "Bloodlines," Bok again tried to get
revenge on Picard by convinving Picard that Bok was about to kill
Picard's son. Played by Lee Arenberg. We never learn the name of Bok's
son.
Bolongo. Bolongo is nephew to the Grand Nagus, Zek. In "Past Tense,
Part I" [ST:DS9] Commander Sisko relates that Grand Nagus Zek wants him
to help Bolongo, who is being held by Starfleet authorities on Devron III.

Bractor. The leader of the Ferengi ship Kreechta which attacks the
Enterprise in "Peak Performance. Played by Armin Shimerman. The other
Ferengi officer in that episode was played by David L. Lander.
Brock. A character in a Ferengi children's story. Quark remembers
reading the story to Nog when Nog was a baby. He quotes the story, "See
Brock acquire! Acquire, Brock!" Event occurred in "Accession."
[STDS9]
Broyk. The Ferengi who takes over the Dabo table in "Move Along Home."
[STDS9] He is still working at Quark's Place in "Bar Association"
[STDS9]. In both cases it is a non-speaking part not listed in the
credits.
Brunt. An official of the FCA (Ferengi Commerce Authority). Appeared
in "Family Business." [STDS9] He appears again in "Bar Association."
[STDS9] Played by Jeffrey Combs in both cases.
Farek. The Ferengi doctor aboard Krayton in "Menage a Troi." Played
by Ethan Phillips.
Frin. Quark's uncle. It is not clear whether he was Keldar's brother
or Ishka's. He owns 30 bars. Mentioned in "Civil Defense" [ST:DS9]
Frool. An employee in Quark's Place. He is an older Ferengi. When
Brunt threatens the union, Frool proves to be a coward. Appeared in "Bar
Association" [STDS9]. Played by Emilio Borelli.
Gela. One of Quark's cousins that was very successful. He owns a
small moon. Mentioned in "Civil Defense" [ST:DS9] It is mentioned in
"Little Green Men" [ST:DS9] that Quark had loaned Gela the latinum to
start his munitions consortium. Gela gave Quark the shuttle which Quark
named Quark's Treasure.
Goss. DaiMon Goss. Head of the Ferengi trade delegation that
negotiated for rights to the Barzan wormhole in "The Price." Played by
Scott Thompson.
Gral. A Ferengi entrepreneur in "The Nagus." Played by Lee Arenberg.
Grimp. An employee in Quark's Place. He participates in the
organization of the union, called "Guild of Restaurant and Casino
EMployees." He also participates in the strike. Appeared in "Bar
Association" [STDS9]. Played by Jason Marsden. Note: Rom's
pronunciation of his name seems to be "Dremp."
Hoex. A Ferengi entrepreneur mentioned in "The Nagus."

I will post the rest of the list in two increments.

All:
The previous three notes list all of the Ferengi personal names I
have found in the two series. I know of no mention of Ferengi in ST:TOS
nor in the animated series. No new Ferengi names have appeared in ST:VOY.

I thought I would throw in here the names of Ferengi ships as well:

Ferengi Ships

Krayton. The ship captained by DaiMon Tog in "Menage a Troi." [ST:TNG]
It is a D'Kora class Marauder.
D'Kora. A class of Marauder.
Kreechta. The ship captained by Broctor in "Peak Performance."
[ST:TNG] It is a D'Kora class Marauder
Sepulo. A Ferengi transport used in "The Nagus" [ST:DS9] to bring
Ferengi entrepreneurs to Deep Space 9 for a conference with the Grand
Nagus.
Quark's Treasure. A shuttle given to Quark by his cousin Gela in
"Little Green Men" [ST:DS9].

I would appreciate any additions or corrections anyone can make to
this list.

Apparently my first note got lost in the shuffle. I'll post that
part of the list again here.

Hoex. A Ferengi entrepreneur mentioned in "The Nagus."

And, of course, Frak Negol, who never appeared anywhere.
