In the last Season 2 episode, a Jem'Hadar representative warns the people at DS9 that the Dominion will take offense if anyone from the Alpha Quandrant intrudes into any part of the Gammy Quadrant! Why does the Federation repeatedly ignore that warning over the next few years?
