Which is REALLY the second episode?Weight Gain 4000 or Volcano?

Weight Gain 4000 is episode #102 and Volcano is #103 but Comedy Central
premiered Volcano first before Weight Gain 4000. The entire South Park
episode list goes in this order:

199? - The Spirit of Christmas (Frosty)
1995 - The Spirit of Christmas (Jesus & Santa)
1997 - #101 - Cartman Gets An Anal Probe (2 different versions - The
unaired version and the regular version that airs on Comedy Central)
1997 - #102 - Weight Gain 4000
1997 - #103 - Volcano
1997 - #104 - Big Gay Al's Big Gay Boat Ride
1997 - #105 - An Elephant Makes Love To A Pig
1997 - #106 - Death
1997 - #107 - Pink Eye
1997 - #108 - ?
1997 - #109 - Starvin' Marvin (Premieres Wednesday, November 19 at 10 PM
EST on Comedy Central)
