After seeing the film & listening at length to the soundtrack, I am
increasingly sure that the "Children of the world" centerpiece portion of
"Kyle's Mom's A Bitch" features no actual foreign lyrics. It sounds too close
to foreign-style gibberish... but at times, it does sound a little like sped-up
and maybe backwards words.

Has anyone out there got the software to analyze this further?

dude I've been takin French for like 8 years, and trust me they were not
saying anything.
It was jibberish, but hella funny.

I did love how the mole was french! and his mom! and la resistance!
that was the only french stuff in the movie.

I'm not sure where the Mole and his accent/character were taken from, but La
Resistance, and particularly the "tomorrow night" song, were ripped directly
from Les Miserables. I saw Les Mis for the first time just last week, and
when I saw SP:BLU today, I roared. Bravo!

Thank you for telling us about that, KIpson. One question: Why did
you censor yourself by putting asterisks in the middle of the word
"fucker"? Do you seriously think that there are any fans of South
Park who would get offended by it? Or did Kyle's mom put a V-chip
in your head that gives you a shock any time you time a naughty
word?
