You expect him to jump up and scream, in front of dozens of 5 year
olds, scarring them for life?
Fucktard.
That's right. Those are the only two possible reactions to
hearing that two planes have hit the WTC. Sit there and stare off into
space, or flip out like a maniac. No middle ground, and sure as hell no
leadership.
(what's this got to do with South Park?)

Well you didn't expect him to change into his Spiderman outfit right there
in front of everybody and the world, did you?
So, what's your point? Oh wait, I've heard enough conspiracy theories to
last me a lifetime. Never mind....
Oh........Day terk er jerbs!
too late... no conspiracy theory proposed... I'm just saying it just
doesn't look right.
What do you expect from a guy who, on camera "calls upon all the
nations of the world to do everything they can to stop the terrorist
killers" as he's about to tee off for a pleasant afternoon of golf?
Well, tell us WHY. How did YOU expect him to react? What did YOU expect
him to say or do? What do YOU think happened? You must be thinking about
SOMETHING here that you have not said yet.
If you are President of the United States there should be some reaction,
something. Not just sit there... I think F911 delves more into this. I
only saw a short clip... maybe write more later when I see that.
Citing anything by Michael Moore proves you to be a dumbass right
away.

Where's that written down? I must have missed the memo.

It's impossible to make an unbiased documentary - there's no way anyone
can edit all that footage together without expressing some POV. You
disagree with Moore's, that's all, not that Moore is an evil person and
the worst filmmaker on Planet Earth.
Spoken like a nice little reichbot.
Of course not. Probably shock. he just heard about the first one,
figured it's some tragic accident. Time to upgrade navigational
equipment and what not. Then another one hits mere moments later, so
it's an attack, unlike anything experienced before. And he didn't
want to alarm anyone. What, he's shout out, "Crud, America's under
attack by unknown forces!" Nobody's panicking over that.

Don't feed the troll.
Of course not! He should have shouted "Shazowie!" and turned into
Captain Marblehead, just like he used to do on the Kroft Super-Show
back in the 70's. Oh, you mean Dubya isn't a grown-up Billy Bratson?
Never mind.

Yeah, right. Can you imagine Dubya announcing the news, with his inability

George dubya NEVER has a normal look on his face.
He always looks like he is thinkin about the last shit he took or
something...
And it is peculiar that the secret service when told of the situation
whisked cheney away so fast it made his head spin...but they just left ole
dubya in the class.
Weird shit maynard.
Hello, they wanted him to get one of them book learning type
edumacations.

Interesting you should mention this, I think that look Bush gets when
he's trying to be serious or pretending to be a bad ass makes him look
constipated.

I've wondered about this too. I always thought that it was their
practice to get all those who are needed to run the country to a safe
place, the nearest bunker or Air Force 1. IT seems strange that they
let him carry on.
Oh well, another one of those questions that will, probably, remain
forever unanswered.
Lynley
I think you answered your own question.

Replace '???????' with 'prodigy' to email me.
documetary's are films aswell... its a misconception that they are the
truth because the material in it is non-fiction but everything is in there
for a reason... to make an impact on the viewer so to shape social schemas
and conform others. documentarty's are seen as having more credibility than
feature films so they are a better source factor to try and change
attitudes. probably why there are so many more mainstream doc's these days.
people are realising the power they have in shaping attitudes by classical
conditioning
But that's for immediate danger. Since Bush wasn't there, he's not
technically in danger. and, you don't want to scare the kids. OK
everybody, please remain clam while we evacuate the pres lets a plane
crashes in here and kills him.
Not the best move. What they did was right.

But they couldn't know that he wasn't in any danger. IIRC such
engagements are publicised well ahead so once they knew it was an
attack, surely they would've spirited him away on the off chance an
attack was planned for that school.
