I almost had a part on the Sopranos

My agent called me about 2 years ago to tell me that a part was up for
an Elvis impersonator on an episode of the Sopranos.

The one where Pussy was spotted by an Elvis guy talking to the FBI agent
in the Party Store.

BTW - That store, Party City, is located right next door to Bada Bings
(Satin Dolls) in Lodi, route 17.

He submitted my photos, but unfortunately, the casting director said I
wasn't fat enough and the part went to Mike Memphis from NYC.

Damn! I wanted that so bad, I would have gained 60 pounds if I needed
to.

Great story dude. Yeah, they were going for the fat ass elvis look. But
you are more like the in shape cool elvis. ofcourse being on the sopranos
would have been really cool. i will definately check out the show next time
im in LV.

I did.

If you saw an Elvi performing on the street... it wasn't me.

Who knows? Perhaps they'll need an Elvis Impersonator again sometime.
