Several times i see posts here mentioning that Ray Curto had already flipped.
When was that, or how do we know?

In season one(?) after he was picked up in the mass bust for the scam
that also got Uncle Junior, we saw Ray Curto drive with a fed to
Office Depot to buy a pack of batteries for his "wire." We haven't
head about it since.

Now we have both Ray Curto and Adriana wired so the feds can listen in
stereo. I hope they don't get feedback.

we didn't know Curto was wearing a wire until Season 3
and we don't know if Adrianna is wearing a wire. They told her, "we're not
asking you to wear a wire". "We just want information."
