Obviously, take with appropriate grains of salt.

Unconfirmed "SPOILERS"
The following are popping up on the Internet on various Message Boards.
They are not necessarily in the proper Episode sequence. I have no
idea if any of them are true or who posted them and I'm not responsible
if you believe them or not. When the spoilers refer to "I" -- it's not
me -- it's the person who originally posted them. I've added them to
this site for "entertainment" purposes only.
IF you REALLY want to know more detail about the first two Episodes --
1. On April 8, Tony Janice and Bobby go on some sort of camping trip.
Tony and Bobby get into a brutal
fight with some French Canadians.
2. The Uncle Jun storyline with end with his death somehow.
3. Agent Harris has been reassigned to OC and is mounting a strong team.
4. Johnny has some sort of illness and will have more great scenes
with Tony.
5. Murmur is caught doing something and is pressured to wear a wire.
(Big Al: this would obviously be the credit card scam, which would also
probably involve Bennie Fazio)
6. Little Carmine plays a major role and a thorn in Tony's side
7. Meadow and AJ have relationship problems and Tony's marriage is
pushed to the limit.
8. Christopher still wants in the movie business and has a baby girl.
9. Tony seems to have a breakthrough in his sessions with Melfi.
10. In episode 6, Paulie "loses it" when something happens in a scene
involving Little Paulie and his mother.
11. Silvio deals with a problem that brings his family closer together.
12. In episode 7, Another hit is put out on Tony. Tony survives, but
Perry is killed. The FBI grab Tony and play a recording from a lamp in a
NY hangout, like they tried in season 3. The recording has Little
Carmine saying "Tony let me down. He needs to be hurt" or something.
Tony isn't surprised because he wasn't getting along with him. But then
he hears John, to his shock, agree to it. He was friends with John the
whole season against Carmine so Tony is stunned when he hears that. The
FBI wants him to flip. That's how that episode is supposed to end,
setting up the final 2.
13. Carm will bail out Meadow after being arrested at a protest for
illegal Mexicans. It angers Tony and
Carm.
14. Tim Daly will appear in 2 episodes as well as a Baldwin bro.
They're both involve a storyline for Chris.
15. Nancy Sinatra will appear in a cameo as well as porn star Gina Lynn.
16. Georgie will be back working at the Bing in at least 2 episodes.
17. Adriana will be back in a dream Christopher has.
18. Tony and Bobby get into a fight over a family board game
19. David Chase did say the final episode will have something from the
1st. Apparently, it involves a
situation between Tony and Artie.
(Big Al: my bet is the fire at Vesuvio)
20. When the new season begins, Uncle Jun has lost the will to live
both mentally and physically trapped in
that home.
21. These Happen in Episode 2 (airdate 4-15). One of the revelations
Tony has with Melfi is about Junior.
She gets through to him that Jun is sick and doesn't know what he does
or says. Tony does visit Junior one last time before he dies. It was a
closed set that day and anybody that didn't need to be there wasn't.
What was said during that scene we'll have to wait to see, but
apparently it was emotional. Tony does give
Junior a proper funeral and at a get together at Vesuvio's after, Bobby
tries to make a toast, but
breaks down in the middle of it. Also in that episode there is a
flashback involving a young Junior and Tony's father.
22. I can confirm then that Junior does not die in any mob related hit.
He is brain damaged and takes his
own life. Whether he knew what he was doing is unclear. That's what
makes it even sadder.
23. Bobby and Janice are living in John's old house. There is a scene
where Tony yells at Janice because
she doesn't seem to take care of it or keep it clean. Also, AJ and his
girlfriend are actually engaged at one
point before she breaks it off at a Puerto Rican Pride parade.
24. I can tell you the main thing that starts tension in the final 9 is
money. Paulie is the main reason. He is still battling illness. Carmine
predicts correctly Paulie is holding back money on something the
families have got going on together. The situation causes many
headaches. Carmine finally puts a hit out on Little Paulie because he is
not made and he knows it will hurt Paulie. The day the hit takes place
Paulie is not feeling well because of his medicine and has Little Paulie
pick up his aunt to run some errands with her. The hit takes places in
daylight and Paulie's aunt is also shot. I don't know if both die or
just one. Remember, Tony is the only character that knows that is really
Paulie's aunt. To everyone else, that's his mother. As a made guy, you
or your children or mother can't be touched. Paulie is extremely upset
when he gets the news and demands payback. Carmine tries to tell Tony
that his mother getting struck was accident. It's no explanation for
Tony and Gerry from New York is killed by Tony's crew. Carmine then is
furious because Gerry is a made guy. Tony then gets shot at by Carmine's
guys and survives. He then gets taken in by the FBI and is given
confirmation via wire taps that it was Carmine behind the hit as well as
John. From what I here, Paulie will not survive the series. This
storyline will be his downfall. He won't die because of his illness but
in vintage mafia style.
(Big Al: Hopefully at a toll booth a la Sonny Corleone)
25. This is the 2nd to last one. "The Blue Comet" #620. Written by:
Terence Winter. Directed by: Tim Van Patten. Tony contemplates a
difficult choice given by Carmella. AJ inquires about going back to
school. Agent Harris prepares for "Plan B." Silvio is demanding answers
to a family crisis, but nobody in New York is in the mood for apologizing.
26. "Going Home" 621
Written & Directed by David Chase
Tony thinks back to his first meeting with Dr. Melfi. Christopher and
Meadow get offers from the west coast. Artie ponders a problem from his
past. Some unexpected visitors arrive at the Soprano household.
> 3. Agent Harris has been reassigned to OC and is mounting a strong
> team.
Agent Harris is gay?
And apparently in good physical shape.
I haven't heard anything about Chris and Tony involved in an accident
where Tony shoots Chris to put him out of his misery--that was some
early speculation from last fall.

Hmm. Going Home, home, house, the Big House. I'm guessing the
visitors are either the Feds or the ducks. Maybe the ducks are the
last thing Tony sees as he is carted away.

Nah, better while they're pumping their own gas at an NJTP gas station
(prohibited in NJ).
