Hey, me again with these vote polls.
I want to know who does the best impression, and which impression of there's is
the best.
Me:
Jimmy Fallon-Adam Sandler

How about you?

Fallon? Give me a break. Show some respect for the SNL masters- Hartman,
Crystal, Shearer, Short(Just to name a few) You have a talented pool to
pick from and your favorite is Fallon doing Sandler? Do yourself a
favour and get to know the classics. I assure you, you'll think your
garbage man is a more talented impressionist than Fallon!

(Un-lurking) Dude, no offense but how obsessed are you with Jimmy Fallon?
JESUS, give it a rest. Every friggin post from you has something to do with
what you like and him. There are better things to talk about on here. For
example, how much the show sucks this season. (Back to lurking)

OK, then.
Who's the best SNL female of all time?

I have seen the classic years. And after thinking of it, you're right! Jimmy
hasn't been there very long. Dana Carvey was great as Johnny Carson, and could
do almost any politic. Phil Hartman set the record for impressions. Aykroyd
could do a Nixon like no other. And Harry Shearer was on the show for his
impressions.

Carvey is pretty darn good.

Scherer is, hands down, a genius.

Fallon is no slouch either.

But that's just my opinion and I could be right.

Darrell Hammond- Jack Perkins, Phil Donahue, Sean Connery, Bill Clinton,
Richard Dreyfuss, Al Gore (sould I go on??)

Hartman, Carvey, Crystal, etc. were all great impressionists on SNL, but
Hammond is perfect on nearly all of his.

Carvey's impressions were more charictures, Hartman had to play so many (and a
lot of them weren't accurate), and Crstal just didn't have that many.

His Al Gore is terrible, and so is his William Shatner.

Well for All Time, I gotta say Phil Hartman. But for today's cast, Darrell
Hammond! Why do they always use Will Ferrel for characters when he looks
nothing like them?! I mean com'on! It's annoying!

Phil Hartman was fucking amazing, but so was Dan Aykroyd in hs heyday.
Jan Hooks is pretty high up there too. For current cast, I would have to
say Hammond.

Remember Hooks' Tammy Faye Bakker impression on "Church Chat". That was
hilarious.

**- This sketch is on the "Best of Dana Carvey" video. I recommend that you buy
this video if you don't already have it. It's twice as good as any other "Best
of SNL" video I've seen.
