I guess,kinda...the SNL ending theme is supposed to elicit emotion from the
audience,one of the little known things about Mariah Carey's hit song "If It's
Over" is that it was inspired by the SNL Closing theme (she hosted a couple
times in the early 90's),and even had the SNL Band horn section-Lenny
Pickett,Lew Del Gatto,Steve Turre,Earl Gardner and George Young-on backup on
it...
