I actually noted the whole sketch down phonetically and e-mailed my
Japanese friend Ken and tried to get him to translate. He didn't
translate all of it but here's what he said:

It doesn't have any meanings. so I don't understand. But kagemusha
means the mane of Samurai. Doki-doki means beating for heart. (like My
heart is beating.)
