Was also thinking how some True Blood characters, like Jason, are lost
souls like those in SFU.

Oh and the new Revolutionary Road movie sounds like American Beauty --
dystopia in suburbia. Actually directed by Sam Mendes as well.

I've just finished rewatching the first three seasons of "6FU" on DVD.

While I still don't believe Nate would ever have married Lisa (living
together perhaps might have made vaguely credible sense), I have to
say it's been a joy to watch something of such quality and --- yes ---
the only, recent new TV series which comes close IMO is "True Blood".

The writing, overall, completely blows away anything currently on
network TV (even a class series lke "HOUSE", which is totally cast-
dependent for survival), and the casting is perfection, from the leads
down to the tiniest bit roles.

"6FU" is one of the few TV shows I can say has genuinely enriched my
life.

Thank you, AB.
