Best/Worst Moves Nickelodeon Made in 2012?

The best things Nick did:
1. Gotta See Saturdays: Nick finally got their act together and
instead of premiering shows randomly through out the week at different
times, they put together an animated morning block and a primetime
sitcom block. Gave fans something to look forward to fairly
consistently for about 2 months with their favorite shows that worked
well alongside each other. Also allowed Kung Fu Panda, iCarly and Big
Time Rush to pick up their ratings again. Unfortunately, Victorious,
T.U.F.F. Puppy and Penguins were kinna screwed during GSS, but overall
it was big for other programs.
2. Better advertising: Huge for Nick to finally advertise shows weeks
in advance. Gotta See Saturday blocks were well-advertised, as well as
all specials/premieres toward the end of the year. Kung Fu Panda's 1-
Hour special was the first, well-advertise special in a long time.
iGoodbye, the Spongebob, Fairly OddParents Christmas, Peter Rabbit
specials, the Marvin Marvin premiere, and now the upcoming seasons of
House of Anubis and Supah Ninjas are really getting star-treatment.
3. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and The Legend of Korra: Nick finally
put together two cartoons that didn't rely on slapstick comedy and
actually had lessons/morals/values incorporated to amazing animation
and characterization. Huge win for Nick and the action/fantasy genre
that they've been lackin. And, huge for Nicktoons in general.
4. Diversity (Cancellations/Renewals): Hard to figure why Nick would
renew See Dad Run, House of Anubis and Supah Ninjas, yet end
Victorious. But really, for diversification's sake, Nick is pushing
shows that are "different" and not renewing shows that are no longer
"fresh". Gone are the child-becoming-a-popstar/movie star (iCarly,
Victorious, How to Rock) sitcoms and the pointless cartoons and shows
without depth (Fanboy and ChumChum, Planet Sheen, Bucket and Skinner,
Fred: The Show).
