Why did Fox's Tuesday sitcom block fail?:
http://www.hitfix.com/whats-alan-watching/fox-pulls-ben-and-kate-scraps-four-sitcom-tuesday-bloc-in-favor-of-hells-kitchen

With "Ben and Kate's" cancellation, Fox is hoping "Hell's Kitchen" can
help out "New Girl" and "The Mindy Project."

The first two sitcoms weren't very good? Sure, Ben & Kate made a cute
couple, but you just knew that it wouldn't work out for them even though
they had a kid. ;-)

The biggest problem for Tuesday sitcoms, though, is that 3 different
networks decided to go head-to-head with sitcoms in an attempt to destroy
each other.
