Bret "the Hit Man" Hart comes to mind, but other real wrestlers, no.
But plenty of references, though. Courtesy of Haynes Lee...

Next weekend's episode (April 20) will have famous Canadian
Bret "the Hit Man" Hart, the WWF pro-wrestler, voicing
himself in [4F17]. Here are most of the wrestling references
from previous episodes:

[7G04] - Dr. Marvin Monro advertises on pro-wrestling.
[7G07] - Jebediah Springfield wrestles bear.
[7F06] - Bart and friends watch pro-wrestling.
- Lisa says it's choreographed.
- match featuring Rasputin the Friendly Russian
(formerly the Mad Russian) vs. Professor Werner von
Brawn.
[7F11] - Neon sign ``The Happy Sumo'' with two sumo
wrestlers bashing their bellies together.
[7F13] - Homer watches pro wrestling from Mexico on cable
(you know, down there, it's a <real> sport).
[8F14] - Watching pro-wrestling on Homer's to-do list.
[8F15] - Milhouse imagines Native wrestling alligator.
[9F05] - Groundskeeper Willie wrestles wolf.
[9F15] - Homer's pro-wrestling tv program interrupted by
Marge announcing that Lisa will need braces. -
match featuring Dr. Hillbilly vs. Iron Yuppie.
[2F05] - Homer tells Lisa "If the Bible has taught us
nothing else-- and it hasn't -- it's that girls
should stick to girls' sports, such as hot-oil
wrestling, foxy boxing, and such-and-such."
[3F07] - Bonestorm commercial similar to Macho Man's Slim
Jims commercial.
[3F12] - Troy McClure mentions the funeral "Andre the Giant:
We Hardly Knew Ye".
[4F05] - Dr. Hibbert says Homer meets all of the state's
requirements to box, wrestle or be shot out of a
cannon.
[4F17] - Well, d'uh!

I didn't see "El Bombastico" from "The Twisted World of Marge Simpson" in
the list.
Please make a note of it.

If you're interested, and even if you aren't, there's a Galgary Sun article on
his appearance on The Simpsons available at

While we're on the subject of wrestlers, the following
post from last Augest made me laugh. :-)

I would like to see Mr. Burns try a new endeavor of a pro
wrestling owner, inspired by a Vince McMahon-type...

[Smithers] "You want to start a local Pro wrestling
circuit, sir? But why?"
[Mr Burns] "Think of it, all the tyranny and hatred I
hold over the workers of my beloved power plant, but with
T-shirt and toy merchandising....."

Of course, he needs a wrestler that he can manipulate to
his own ends....

[Ring announcer] "And in this corner, weighing in at 239
lbs, from the radioactive wasteland known only to
outsiders as section 7-G, THE MASKED ISOTOPE!"
.............(the crowd cheers wildly)...........
[Masked Isotope] "WHOOO-HOOO!!"

(any ideas on who would be easily pressured into wrestling
by Burns in the new Burns Championship Wrestling?)

Announcer: Rasputin, the friendly Russian!
Lewis: Didn't he use to be the Mad Russian?
Lisa: Yes, but I'm afraid the forces of history have changed
wrestling, perhaps forever.
