I can't remember what it was, but in one of the episodes where Homer was in a
courtroom with Judge Snyder, it was revealed. I think it was Julius, as I
thought i remembered, BUT I AM NOT SURE IF IT IS.

It's not Julias or Jo-Jo. It's simply J.

It's because Matt Groening was a fan of the Rocky and Bullwinkle show,
with Rocky J. Squirrel and Bullwinkel J. Moose. It's kinda an homage to
his childhood and his favorite cartoon. Even I know that and I've never
seen the show R&B.
