Mr. Burns isn't related to everyone. In fact, I can only think of one
person who he is related to and that is his son (I don't remember his
name...). That character appeared for one episode and was never see

Let's see. There were his original parents before he was adopted by his
new father (who amazingly looked just like his adopted son, and who didn't
fear "those sandal-wearing goldfish-tenders" the Japanese) and his
brother, George Burns, whose old-man-schtick would be "funny when I'm
old." (The "Bobo" episode.) Also, Burns's illegitemate son had "a wife
and kids! I said I was going out--that was a week ago! They're probably
wondering where I am!" These kids are Burns's grandchildren, by blood,
whether Burns likes it or not.
Funnily enough, I can't remember the son's name, either! Maybe it was
something obvious like "Rodney," but I don't get the guy feeling that
that's right.

Don't forget his 122 year old mother! =)
