huh??? The Blair Witch Project was.... NOT SCARY... AT ALL!! The only
tense part, the house at the end..lasts about two minutes before the
annoying chick and her fat friend get killed.
I have a good idea for an episode, maybe I should tell it to Mike "I am
worse than Hitler" Scully and he'll think it's hillarious. ok..
Homer gets fired for throwing radio active waste on a pack of school
children (here's the wacky and zany part, he does this at the Kwiki
Mart, ohhh the hilarity that will ensue), so to kill time he decides to
beat Marge with a baseball bat. After a sobbing Bart and Lisa plead
with him to stop, he explains he's a wild, unpredictable guy.. all is
forgiven.
You ever notice how they over-use the "scene shown with pop song playing
which somehow relates to the theme of the episode"? Mike "Look at my
Mullet, I also have the fashion sense of trailer-trash" Scully must not
be able to form basic words into sentences that often.

Well, although I don't agree with _all_ the unnecessary flaming of Mike
Scully(he does deserve some of it), the original poster was clearly joking.
Ian Maxtone-Graham sure had his tongue in cheek when he made those remarks
about OFF Fans, so I don't understand why someone else can't also have his
"tongue in cheek" when he says stuff about another writer.

This reminds me all too much of when the president of the WB
Network, Jamie Kellner (who has made a lot of idiotic decisions) cancelled a
variety of popular Kids WB saturday morning programs, and alt.tv.animaniacs
got into a funk about it. Some people even harboring some kind of
unnecessary hatred towards him and joking about doing cruel and illegal things
to him. It always appalled me, and not just because I didn't care a whole
ton for the programs he did cancel (like Freakazoid!, Earthworm Jim, etc. --
though it was awfully stupid to cancel a show that recently won a Daytime
Emmy -- Freakazoid -- even if it was getting expensive), but because I always
thought it took a little more than the cancelling of frivolous cartoon shows
to be deserving of such evil thoughts.
I just want Mike Scully to realize that Simpsons is not just a
platform for lampooning current events, but that there's an actual
"People Next Door" reality to the series. Otherwise, I'd like him gone and
someone else doing it. Either way, I've never wanted to "kill" or hurt any of
the staff members in any way. That's just insane.
