It's have to be the 138th Episode Spectacular! Two of my favorite lines from
Troy McClure is in there:

"You may know me from such Fox specials, as Alien Nose Jobs and Five
Fablious Weeks With The Chevy Chase Show."

"And I'll leave you with what we all came here for: HARDCORE NUDITY!!!"

I also enjoy the restored cut from "Flaming Moe's" (The one in Marge said,
"Well, DUH!"), the outtakes, and the "Who Shot Mr. Burns" fake ending, as
well as the Hardcore Nudity Credits.

But, the one moment I don't really enjoy, is the cut made at the end of the
first Ullman short, "Good Night". Why, Fox, did you have to do that, the way
you did to the ending of another Ullman short, "Zoo Story", when you
released Volume 9???

THAT'S MY FAVORITE PHIL HARTMAN SIMPSONS EPISODE!!!

There are others I do enjoy, mostly with Troy McClure (Such as "Marge Be Not
Proud"), but, this one topped it all!!!

My favorite was probably "Bart Gets Hit By A Car", the first
and funniest appearance of Lionel Hutz. In that episode, he
was _literally_ chasing amblances. The sound of an ambulance
siren was like music to him!

Some favorite Hutz lines from that episode:

"You may have to wait on him hand and foot for the rest of
his life! That's the bad part. Now, here's the good news:
You can Ching!-Ching!-Ching! cash in on this tragedy!"

"What's that, a broken neck? Great!"

"Mister Simpson, the bar forbids me from promising you a
huge cash settlement. But, just between me and you, I
promise you a huge cash settlement."

(Hartman's delivery of the above line, with short pauses in
all the right places, made it even funnier than it is in
print.)

[judo . . . CHOP!]

My favorite Hutz appearances are in "Marge in Chains", a generally
disliked episode around here. Nonetheless, most of his great lines are from
this one, and I won't put them here for fear of catching the eye of a
quote-spewing, number-laden Sipsons fan.

Homer: Oh, no! In the eyes of God they'll be Flanderseseses.
-- Homer confuses possessiveses, "Home Sweet Home-Diddily-Dum-Doodily"

Mine is another Lionel Hutz one from New Kid on the Block. Hutz puts an all
you can eat seafood store on trial for false advertisment becuase they wouldn't
let Homer have all he could eat (and wins it). In it he calls Homer "the
greatest hero in American history".

It's been quite sometime since I've seen that episode, though.

Don't forget, he also does the voice of heaven in Bart Gets Hit By A Car, said
in English, and later repeated in Spanish.
