Milhouse's Dad's name?

For some reason, it's driving me crazy trying to figure out what
Milhouse's dad's name is. I was singing "Can I Borrow a Feeling" in the
shower this morning, and when my wife asked who wrote that gawd-awful
song, I couldn't think of his name.

It's Kirk Van Houten.

Well, since no one explained this thoroughly, I shall complete the equation.
Yes, as others have posted, he is Kirk van Houten, but that's not who wrote
the song. Most likely, it was Steve Thompkins, the writer for _A Milhouse
Divided_. It might have been Alf Clausen, though. It was sung by Hank
Azaria, though.
