In Nov. 1992 I reviewed the episode Itchy & Scratchy: The Movie. My
review was scathing--in short, I called it the "worst episode ever."
I recently discovered that this post was somewhat notorious for being
the first on this newsgroup to use that phrase. See
http://www.everything2.com/index.pl?node_id=451131. I recently took
the time to watch this episode again and with the wisdom of hindsight,
it seems clear to me now that my criticism was unduly harsh. My
apologies to those involved in the making of this episode.
