This is going to be annoyingly vague, but...in at least one episode there's a
scene where we see a baby's doll that's clearly in the shape of Binky. I can't
for the life of me remember if it's Maggie's, or in one of the Bart/Lisa as a
baby flashback eps, though...

Someone already said about the Binky doll that Maggie had, I think... I
don't know, but I would guess that they would be MUCH more likely in the
Tracey Ullman shorts/earliest seasons, if so.
I do remember a LiH cartoon where you see Bart on a TV screen, though.
