Yes and no. Julie Kavner is Marge's voice, and she did play Rhoda's
sister, Brenda Morgenstern, but I don't recall her ever appearing on
the Mary Tyler Moore show. I believe her character was first introduced
on the spinoff, _Rhoda_.
