Homer's "Dirty Fighting" Advice

I seem to remember at least two episodes in which Homer gives Bart
some advice on how to fight dirty. One was the episode where Bart is
mad at Homer and gets a "Big Brother" from one of those social services
programs, and after Homer and the Big Brother get into a fight, Bart
asks Homer how to fight dirty like that. Homer says something like
"First, you pretend to cry like a woman, and when he turns away in
disgust, you punch him in the kidneys, throw him to the ground and step
on his neck." I don't remember what the other episode was.
Does anyone know the exact quotes, and what the other episode was?

Homer hinted to Bart that there's nothing wrong with a little
dirty fighting in 7G05, and said that if all else fails, he should kick
Nelson in the family jewels.

While they were fighting, or while he was explaining to Bart, he shouted
out "I'm a Heamaphiliac" (sorry about the spelling) which I thought was a
rather good tactic to use myself!

The 1st season episode where Bart keeps getting beat up by Nelson.
Homer tells bart to throw dirt in Nelsons face or something like that.

In that first season ep, "Bart the General" (7G05), Homer tells
Bart to hit Nelson in the "Family Jewels".
