OK - asked this question above - it was in amongst a whole lot of
other posts so you probably didn't see it.

How many times in the Simpsons have we seen monkeys :o)

=There is the Urine monkey that Urinated on Krusty
=Homer's reenactment of the Civil war using Kolobus monkeys
=Professor Frink's Monkey
=Mr. Burn's winged monkeys that plummeted to their demise instead of
tracking down the users of room Service
=1000 monkeys typing on 1000 typewriters...

any more?

What about Mojo? Can't forget Mojo. (That would be Homer's "Helper Monkey",
the one that inspired Grandpa's line "I can't wait to eat that Monkey!")

When Krusty came to Bart's house for dinner he initially brought a monkey
with him as entertainment.

The episopde when Bart, Lisa nad Maggie become foster children of the
Flanders, at the beginning, when Bart has head lice, he thinks back of
where he got them from. He and Milhouse had bought the wicker basket and
they found a monkey passed out in the bottom of it.

Wasn't there an organ grinder's monkey that attacked someone. "Go for the
face"

There was a monkey band on the Krusty show that attacked Sideshow Mel when one
of them played a wrong note.

The baboons that almost tore Ned Flanders apart.

Krusty's monkey (Mr. Somesuch, I can't remember now) has appeared in quite a few
espiodes-- enough for us to know he has a nicotine addiction.

In the Bart vs. Todd Putt-Putt Golf episode, Homer rants like the mechanical
ape on one of the holes.

Don't forget "King Homer"...where they did a take-off on King Kong with a giant
ape that looked like Homer.

That's got to get the vvote for the largest monkey appearance :o)

Yes, he got restless around 11 or so and took off. Was this scene cut in
syndication?

The Monkey's Paw that could grant four wishes on THOH a few years back.
I do not know what they did with the rest of the monkey, though.

The episode where Troy McClure makes his comeback starring in a stage
rendition of Planet of the Apes showed lots of apes, well people in ape
suits, well actually animated versions of people in ape suits, well you
understand...

Isn't one of Krusty's former Sideshows a monkey I could also be just one
of his monkeys? I think he appeared a couple of times and he is always
on rollerskates and smoking a cigar
