The Psycho Dentist

Perhaps this is question that has been asked many times, but I just got
back to school (where my email account is), and just started joining
newsgroups, so...
The Psycho Dentist (who gave Lisa her braces, and showed her the Big Book
of British Smiles) is one of my favorite characters. He only appeared
once, and it was some time ago (I don't remember what season or anything),
but every time they rerun that episode I crack up at him (that part and
the one where Lisa sings Union Solidarity songs in front of the power
plant, "they have the plant, but we have the power..."). The only problem
is I can't ever quote him right. He cracks me up, but I haven't seen the
episode for a while, and I can't quote him correctly. I'd like to have
some of those lines.
Just wondering if anyone knew, thanks.
Also, why hasn't he appeared more often? If I listen right Hank Azaira
(sp?) or Harry Shearer does his voice, and that makes him available to
appear more than he does...
