What was Lisa's email address? She said it while riding away in a bus
in Episode EABF20 (The President Wore Pearls)...it was the show that
aired tonight. I think she said "Lisa Sixty-three underscore
backslash at yahoo dot com" but no combination of that seemed to work
for me. When Homer's email address (chunky...@aol.com) was aired,
people got replies when they emailed it. Did I just hear Lisa's
address incorrectly? Or is this simply not a real email address?

Well, is there (I know that there hasn't been) a "www.dutch, dot com" (Alan
Parsons Project used that address in one of his songs)????

I believe what she said was "smartgirl sixty-three underscore backslash at
Yahoo dot com", but I tried that and it bounced. I am not entirely sure a
backslash is a valid character for an email address, so it could be a bogus
address.

Actually, e-mail addresses are very flexible about what characters
they can contain. If quoted, a local name can contain just about
anything. So smartgirl63_\@yahoo.com is technically valid, as is

"Addresses can contain spaces & other punctuation @"@yahoo.com

However, a lot of mail software is much more restrictive. You'll have
a hard time entering an address like the above in a mail program.

And for the record:

<smartgirl63_\@yahoo.com>:
64.157.4.79 failed after I sent the message.
