Once, but of course we never heard it. It was when Burns sent a thank
you card to Marge, Bart, Lisa and Maggie (and not to Homer) and Homer
was so enraged that he yelled it at the top of his lungs, so that the
whole neighborhood heard it.

We heard a long "Ffff-" sound, but the rest was blocked out by (oddly
enough) a church organ...

Yes and no. In the who shot Mr. Burns episode Homer is trying to get
Mr. Burns to recognise him, so he sends Burns a box of candy with the
family picture in the bottom. Burns and Smithers eat all the candy
except for the piece covering Homers face. Then Burns sends a card
thanking all of the Simpsons except Homer. When Homer realizes this he
tells the kids to leave the room. Then he begins to shout "FFF....",
but it cuts to a scene outside with birds on a tree being startled.
Then Flanders opens his window and says "My, thats the loudest expletive
I've ever heard." So Homer has said the "F" word, but not on camera.

There was the time that he sent Bart and Lisa outside because he was
really upset, and said it. Of course you couldn't hear it through the
TV, but after he did it, Flanders looked out his window and said "Why,
that's the loudest profanity I've ever heard."

I don't think that was an "Ffff" sound; I think that was him gathering all his
lung power before he went off.

Don't forget about the time that Lisa told Homer that Bart needed to come
home from the Knoxville Fair after getting his fake drivers license. He got
his head into a radiation suit helmet and several expletives, one of which
I believe to be the 'F' word.

Cheers

You can't say "Fibbonacci" on prime-time television!

In the "Who Shot Mr. Burns" episode (part 1), Homer went nuts when his
name was not in the thank-you card for the box of chocolate he sent to
Burns. He then asked the kids to step outside and shouted the "loudest
obsenity Flanders had ever heard" (from the mouth of Flanders). They
aired the first 1/4th second of this scream and I remember it being
distinctly an "f" sound.

Yes. Once something really annoying happened and he went, "Fffffff--" and
it cut to a church organ blasting a chord and scaring birds away. Then
Flanders, oddly calm, says, "Wow, that's the loudest profanity I've ever
heard."

I think it was part 1 of Who Shot Mr. Burns. When Homer sends a box of candy
to his boss with a family pix in it.

When Homer realizes his name was not included in his thank you note, he stuck
his head out the window and shouted "FFFF"

"That was the loudest obscentiy I ever heard!" - Flanders
