It's got to be 104. This age has come up in a few episodes besides "Who
Shot Mr. Burns?", such as "Homer Is Smithers" (I punched Burns right in his
hundred and four year old mouth!) and "The Mansion Family". That one wasn't
specific I believe, but when Kent Brockman was asking people to stand, Mr.
Burns was the only one standing after 100 years, and the oldest guy who just
died was 106, leaving Mr. Burns somewhere between 100 and 105.
I'm sure 104 has come up elsewhere, but I can't remember right now.

Why did he tell Homer he was "only" 81? Simple - he lied. Most everybody
above the age of 30 will knock a year or two off their age if they're asked
how old they are.
