The Simpsons book (A complete guide to Our Favorite Family) give some but by
no means all (look up Phill Hartman in the index.) Some are very brief.
For instance, in the episode where Homer steals cable tv, the voice of Moses
at the very beginning giving out the Ten Commandments is Hartman's.
