The closest thing to an accurate map of the town would be "Virtual
Springfield", in which you can navigate throughout the buildings and streets.
It's a decent interpretation, and has no huge contradictions to the show
(except for a few isolated things that are more the fault of those episodes
than the game).
Also, there is a road map of a piece of land that shows up in many public
buildings in the show. I wouldn't give it any mind, except for the fact that
it's a recurring element. Offhand, the last time I remember it appearing was
in "Trash of the Titans": behind the desk of the sex offenders' registration
line and again in Ray Patterson's/Homer's office.
Hmmm...I'm remembering some more: Mr. Burns had a scale model of the city
in "Who Shot Mr. Burns: Part 1". If you freeze-framed it, you could probably
get a good idea of the buildings' locations. There have also been some long
overhead shots of Springfield in "Bart's Comet" and "Natural Born Kissers".

*Please* don't let this turn into a "Where is Springfield" discussion.
Troy: So, working at the DMV must be very interesting.
Selma: Well, uh... I think I'm getting Repetitive Stress
Disorder from scratching my butt all day.
