Well dont know the number, but the one where Marge makes bagels? Then Homer
gets Fat Tony to push the competition?

They show the montage of Marge baking, Fat Tony extorting, profits going up,
Girl Scouts run out of town, etc...

What is that brazen music they play? Is it Tito Fuentes?

Its usually on movies showing the mob at work, so funny how they use that.

Its also on SpongeBob when its a Mermaid man episode

snpp.com has mention of "Put a Lid on it" by the Squirrel Nut Zippers as the
music in the montage...

It's available on iTunes. You can listen to a preview there too.

David,

No, its not that song, its not familiar at all

Squirrel Nut Zippers is apparently NOT the group, and put a lid on it is
most assuredly not the song

its really a theme like Tito Fuentes would do, brass and bongos on espresso

Not even close....

It's called "The Lineman" and it's from NFL Films on the album "The
Power and the Glory". I think it was a from the old NFL highlights
films they use to make.

The closed captioning had the lyrics for "Put a Lid on It", which is
probably the source for SNPP. The music was probably changed before
broadcast.

Congratulations! You are the 100000th person to ask this question.
If you watch the old NFL highlight films on ESPN Classic, you might
hear it. But I am sure it is on the net somewhere, or available on
CD.
