There have been three episodes that I have seen where Lisa, Bart and Homer
get high. In one show Lisa drinks the water at Duff gardens, after Bart
taunts her to drink the water and when Bart w'ont stop, Aunt Patty makes
her just to shut them up. Lisa goes into an acid high.

The next one I remember was when Bart and Milhouse find Homer's twenty and
buy a super squishy made entirely of syrup (Never has someone ordered such
a thing-Apu). Bart and Milhouse such down the squishy like two first time
pot smokers and converge on a broadway high.

The final one involved Homer eating a pepper that sent him into the
dessert. It was a reference to eating Payotie (sp?).

Have there been other drug references?

How about when Lisa went in for her braces and took a hit of the nitrous oxide
and had a Yellow Submarine psychedelic trip?

Lisa has also gotten buzzed from nitros oxide in the dentists office
and slips into a technicolored dream world. Also Marge has tripped of
the tap water which was spiked by shelbyville for springfield burning
down their mini-mall. Homer has also tripped off of cleaning fluids
when cleaning the basement in the stampy episode.

I cannot remember the episode, or if it involved drugs, but I have a
sound-bite of marge saying something like, "ooh, the walls are melting
again", with some citar type music in the background.

The homerpalooza episode, I am quite sure Otto was on something when his
shoes started talking to him.

One christmas episode, Lisa gets woozy from the fake snow "We're almost
done, theres just a little bit of green left"

There are some which spring immediately to mind, I can't remember the
episodes but I'm sure someone will be good enough to furnish us with
these details.
Firstly, I remember an episode where a young Mr. Burns on a Greenpeace
ship (possibly Rainbow Warrior) reveals his true identity and throws a
bong (sp?, I have seen bhong) overboard shouting "...and all the time I
was just smoking harmless tobacco".
Secondly, I can't remember much about this episode except for Homer
saying "He he, I haven't seen a bong in years" (it could have been
"Homer's Barbershop Quartet" maybe?).
I also remember seeing a bong in the episode where Homer has to go back
to college, I think the offending article was confiscated at the
entrance to the school reunion.

I'm sure there are many more.

Yes, the one where Marge drinks the tap water from her sink. It was
poisoned by shelbyville. To her, the walls started melting and the turkey
talked to her.

In the flashback episode where Homer and Marge first meet in high
school, Homer and Barney meet before school starts and decide to go to the
bathroom and "smoke." "Then Principal Dondelinger (sp?) catches them and
refers to them as Springfield's own version of Cheech and Chong. Now I
think that they were getting high, because among most pot smokers that I
know "You wanna smoke?" means "You wanna smoke pot?"

Drugs make for some great lines on the show:
Barney, after smoking a cigar with the plastic still on: "To Homer! And to
Sgt. Pepper, who's growing out the back of your neck!"
Mister Burns on ether, seeing Hans Moleman: "You're that TV leprechaun.
I'm going to get your Lucky Charms." _Sound of drill_ Hans Moleman: "Ow.
My brains."
And of course, Otto's shoes talking to him: "Don't worry. We just want to
have some fun."

wasn't that the haunted house?

Who could forget the "Hullabalooza" episode?

LISA, or maybe BART, sniffing air: "It smells like Otto's jacket!"

Then, during Frampton's guitar solo:

OTTO'S FRIEND: "Wow, man... the guitar is talkin'"
OTTO: "My shoes are talkin'!"
SHOES: "DON'T....WORRY. I....WON'T....HURT....YOU...." (etc.)

In one ep. off go to a swapmeat. Bart buys what he thinks is a pencil
holder(its a bong). Homer looks at it and says "I haven't seen a bong in
years."

Drugs have given TS some of its best lines:

Barney, after smoking a cigar with the plastic still on: "To Homer! And to

Sgt. Pepper, who's growing out the back of your neck."
Mr. Burns on ether, speaking to Hans Moleman: "You're that delightful TV

I don't remember the episode or the exact circumstances, but I seem to remember
one of OFF made a comment about the folks of Shelbyville (Shelbyvillains?) have
tampered in the past with the Springfield water supply. Cut to Marge in the
kitchen enjoying a glass of tapwater. The walls begin to melt before her eyes
and the bird in the oven steps out and says to her "In my opinion, I'm done",
then flies out the window in a psychedelic blaze.
Does anyone else remember this, or is it a hallucination of mine?
