Did the Number Painter get institutionalized?

Did he?

I think 11 was the highest number he painted, and I remember at the end of
the skit how the nurse dragged him away into the doctor's office. We never
see the Number Painter painting any higher numbers, so apparently something
made him stop with 11.

Painting numbers on other people's property without their permission and
sneaking up behind people at picnics to use ketchup to paint numbers on
their sandwich seems like something that would be sure to get you
institutionalized.
