[yes I know this is probably an impossible one]

Seeking . . .
New roommate, male, must be of legal age, nationality/race don't matter.
must be able to write Sentinel fan fiction stories, clean up after
himself, cook, do laundry and (most importantly) put the seat back down.
Wanted to share large Loft with six adorable and sweet ladies (purely
platonic). Those who can't handle us gushing over Jim, Blair and Simon
need not apply. If this interests you, send an email to prosp...@geocities.com

In other words, are there any guys who write fanfic? cause I ain't
never seen one.

The only male fanfic writers I've seen for TS are slash writers. However,
there are male writers in another fandom I've been visiting. The only
problem is they're big on Mary Sues.

I usually lurk here, but had to laugh at this. Strangely enough, today at work
I interviewed a college student for an
hourly job, and HE mentioned (as his only computer experience) that he did
some Internet things with a TV show he liked. Being in my professional
disguise, I didn't pursue it, but I looked him up on the net afterwards and he
has published fanfiction - for another show. So there are some, but I don't
know of any gen TS ones, unless they're in disguise. Laurie

Well, Guide Posts lists two: Henry Wyckoff & James Walkswithwind.

LOL! Man, one innocent little comment to the Loft Mom, and she starts trying
to dig up another "roomie" for us! And a Male to boot! <g> And I loved the
requirements! Hmm, I've got a buddy that I just hooked into reading TSFF, he's
a really good housekeeper, and probably wouldn't mind us ladies drooling over
the guys...<snerk> Because, heck, he drools over them too! <EG> Uh, but as
for whether or not he could srite Gen? I'm not even sure he can write! But
I'll ask him the next time I see him on line. ;-)

So, Loft Mom? If I can recruit a male gen TSFF, what might you be willing to
part with? Hmm?

Suisan "Sue" R.
Who's now contemplating a "sex" change, if only so there *could* be a Male
GenTSFF writer out there!

<hehehehehehehe>

I never said he had to write Gen fiction. I'm not opposed to slash,
it's just that no one has asked me to archive any.

What would I part with?? That's a good question. How about my
collection of Australian music CD's? No wait I can't part with those.
I know, how about my stuffed Moose head collection ("I can't eat with an
audience") and that cute fur hat with the ear flaps.

can code tonight and tomorrow)

there are lots more trek writers who are men, but then there are a lot
more trek writers, period, and there are a lot more women characters in
trek to write about....

you can't always go by fan names. :)

offhand, two male senwriters i know (both slashers) go by the monikers
"brak_" and "minotaur". "henry wyckoff" i don't know, but james is a
friend of mine & she's not male. ("james" is her rl name, though; i
never got around to asking about that. *shrug*)

i guess you can't go by rl names, either, for that matter. tell us
about that, blair k. ;)

Does he still write? I remember he got his truss in an uproar on Senfic and
left over what he termed "discussion spam." Apparently, more people were
discussing than reading his stories.

Well, I just checked his web site and it's wierd, but that last little
drabble he wrote on senfic is there, but I couldn't find the other stories
he wrote. He writes for so many fandom. Maybe he isn't writing for TS
anymore.
