The Woman in the Picture Frame behind Elaine, 10/2 episode - Who is she?

There was a scene in the 10/2 episode where Elaine is sitting
on her sofa, speaking with Puddy on the phone. Who was in that
picture frame behind her? It looked like it was supposed to be her
mum. Yes? It had a very prominent placement for a prop which didn't
have anything to do (at least I didn't think it did) with the show's
plot .

Last night in the rerun (the episode where Jerry gets a girl's
number from the aids walkathon list) I saw the photo again. I think
it must be Julia L-D's mom.
