Yes, A.G. Pennypacker was the name Kramer used in the Puerto Rico episode. He
used Dr. Van Nostrand, I believe, when he was trying to retrieve Elaine's
medical records. Kramer used Pennypacker for the first time when he was
helping Elaine put the little clothing store out of business. (Hmm--there's a
theme--Kramer tends to use his aliases when assisting Elaine!)
