Some friends and I were trying to find songs that were played or sung
during
Seinfeld episodes - even obscure ones.
Now we were wondering if anybody could help us figure out what are
the exact titles of these songs:
- The song Elaine dances and kicks to in "The Little Kicks"
- The song Kramer and George's dad dance to while trying the
bro/mansiere
(they are listening to one of Frank's old records)
- The song George's girlfriend plays on the piano when Jerry's pez
dispenser
makes Elaine burst with laughter
- The song Kramer and Newman listen to while making sausages at
Jerry's in "The Blood"
If anybody knows the title/artist for any of these songs or have any
clue
whatsoever, please e-mail!
Thanks
Etienne

For those interested, here's what I have so far:
- Seinfeld themes:
- Regular theme
- Theme from "The Note" (which is different, it has some background
vocals on it)
- Theme from the Finale (remixed)
- Les Misérables - Master Of The House (from "The Jacket", sung by George
and Elaine's father)
- Eagles - Desperado (from "The Checks")
- Eagles - Witchy Woman (also from "The Checks", sung by Elaine)
- Wheels On The Bus (sung by Jerry in "The Contest")
- Joey Scarbury - Believe It Or Not (theme from the Greatest American Hero
- used
by George as an answering machine greeting in "The Susie")
- Melrose Place Theme (from "The Beard")
- Beach Boys - Wouldn't It Be Nice (from "The Hamptons")
- Bugs Bunny Overture (sung by Jerry on "The Opera")
- Merv Griffin Theme (from "The Merv Griffin")
- Earth Wind & Fire - Shining Star (from "The Little Kicks" - thanks to
dfrank1068 for this answer to my initial question)
- Petula Clark - Downtown (from "The Bottle Deposit")
- Pat Benatar - Heartbreaker (sung by George Steinbrenner in "The Nap")
- Edwin Starr - War, What Is It Good For (sung by Elaine in "The Marine
Biologist")
- When You're Smiling (sung by Mel Torme and Kramer in "The Jimmy")
- Beethoven - Opus 13 in C Minor, Pathetique (played by George's girlfriend
in "The Pez Dispenser" - thanks to Mike Lieberman for this answer to my
initial
question, I still have to confirm).
- From the Finale Clip Show:
- Greenday - Good Riddance (Time Of Your Life)
- Michael Jackson - Don't Stop Til You Get Enough
- Superman Theme (also in "The Race")
If somebody has other ideas, let us know! It has to be a song either heard
or sung by a character, in whole or in part, but not just mentionned. It's
even
better if you can give me the original artist who performed the song, as
well
as in what episode it was heard.
I still don't know what song is heard when Newman and Kramer are making
sausages
at Jerry's in "The Blood" and what other song is heard when Kramer and
Frank Costanza
try the bro/mansiere and are caught by George and his mother.

kramer bought a section of the highway. kramer was painting the highway
to get rid of 2 lanes because he wanted his section to have the wide
lanes...it was like the first class of the highway.
too bad there was a lot of traffic and everyone got mad.
