Seinfeld in Germany

I´d like to know if there are any Seinfeld - Fans in Germany...
By reading this News-Group I got a little jealous of Belgium tv. Seinfeld in
Germany on Pro7 sucks because they cut off his show-clips at the beginning
and very often they don´t show the credits, so that you don´t get the rest
of the episodes. I don´t know how it was on Kabel1 but this sucks!!!!!
Well, I don´t know how the original voices sound but I like the german ones.
It´s not the same, of course, and vey often you can´t translate the jokes.
Either you don´t get them or they are replaced... for example I´d like to
know how Jerry´s girl-friend was called in original eps who´s name rhymes
with a part of the female body. In Germany she was called "Uschi" in an
episode.

Hi,
I'm from Germany and I would call me a Seinfeld-Fan. Okay I admit it, I
haven't seen all episodes, but that's just because, as you said, Pro7 sucks.
When Seinfeld was shown each afternoon from moday till friday, they even
showed them completely out of order. One day you could see an episode from
an early season and the next day it's one that was originally placed 2 years
later.
I also think that 00.30 am is a little bit to late. I've got to go to
school the next day and because I don't want to have any comercials on my
tapes I'm usually really tired the next morning. Why dont't they just throw
the "Bullyparade" out of their program and put Seinfeld at this place (or do
you
think that there is somebody out there who thinks that the "Bullyparade is
funny ?)

They started the rerun a few weeks ago and will probably show Jerry's
stand-up part in every episode. However, I'm subscribed to Premiere
World, so I get Seinfeld every day (Mon-Sun), uncut, without
commercials and in the correct order.

The German ones may be very good, but I don't think Michael Richards
as Kramer can be equalled.
Though John Wayne once said his German voice was better than his

Am Ende der Episode schreit Jerry diesen Namen auch durchs Fenster auf
die Straße.

a great site. And since this is a thread concerning a question about
the german dubbing, why not write in german?

absolutely wrong here. There is a German language NG where Seinfeld

I don't have anything against German sites or the German language (as
you know, I am German), but this is an English language newsgroup. I
really like to discuss about Seinfeld in German, but only in the right
newsgroup.
And I wouldn't have a problem with the other guy's website - but I
don't like spamming.
