I here there are about 150 episodes. Does anyone know if that is
accurate. As everyone knows, I think, Seinfeld is broadcast every day
on FOX affiliates, or at least they are in Nashville, TN. I'm trying my
best to get them all on VCR. I have about forty so far and never get
tired of them. I'm still taping away! I guess I'm about one third of the
way there if 150 episodes is accurate.

P.S. I think the worst episode was when George decides to make his
sleeping quarters under his work desk. I think in that same episode,
Jerry changes the looks of his apartment, especially his kitchen. I
just didn't laugh.

I get them on Fox Chicago. I have like 100+ episodes, most of them being
the older ones. And one of my favorite episodes is "The Smelly Car".

George: Oh, this isn't even B.O. This is beyond B.O.-It's B.B.O.!

Yeah, the kitchen bit was less than funny. Probably because so much of
senfeld relies on facial expressions and hand movements (which Elaine is
so good at), and the new kitchen obscured most of those. I think (from
memory) Elaine came in waving about like usual but it just wasn't funny.

But do you think the desk bit wasn't funny? I thought that was a
highlight! Pretty clever, and VERY "Costanzian" - and that funny twist
at the end with those kids. Oh well, humour touches everyone in
different ways..

I love Seinfeld. I try and watch it every night. It's usually on at
least twice a night, sometimes more. What really bothers me is when
different TV networks play the same Seinfeld episode on the same day.
The show wouldn't be much without Kramer. From his "Gidde Up" to his
problem with Mary Hart's voice, he is truly the best. Long live Kramer.

There are EXACTLY 156 half-hours as of the end of season 8. The number of
episodes is a subject of some debate, it depends if you count the 1-hour
episode 100 special as on or two, and if you count 1-hour shows as one or
two, and if you count two-parters (even if shown on 2 nights originally) as
one episode.
Most seem to agree on 155 episodes, counting all half-hours as 1 with the
exception of "Highlights of a Hundred".
Entertainment Weekly's count of 148 agrees with nobody else and, therefore,
SUCKS.
