Due to its celtic/folk roots, this sounds pretty good: acoustic,folky.
If I remember correctly, wasn't this song based on a British folk tune?

The best cover of Stairway I ever heard (other than Slim Whitman on
the Stairways to Heaven album ad) was Tiny Tim on the CD that came
out shortly before his death. He put a jazzy spin on it and increased
the tempo.
