"Mother's Day" (Rugrats) / Angelica Pickles vs. Vicky the Babysitter

Recently I've watched some episodes of the Rugrats. I loved that show
so much as a little kid. <3 Yesterday I watched the episode named
"Mother's Day". I remember watching this probably about nine years
ago, I would have probably been either seven or eight.
This episode, especially the ending got to me. The part where Chuckie
and his dad are going through his mum's diary was really bittersweet.
It must be very awful to lose your mother at a young age (or really,
any age). Makes me very thankful to have had my mum around for my
whole life.

A while back I dide a poll on Stu Pickles and Timmy Turner's dad, well
now here is another Rugrats vs Fairly Odd Parents poll.
So which Nicktoons comedy female bully antagonist is better? Angelica
Pickles from Rugrats / All Grown Up or Vicky the baby sitter from
Fairly Odd Parents?
Well hard for me to choice, I say this Angelica has more character
depth, for most of its run (post Oh Yeah Cartoons short and the early
seasons) Vicky is one dimentional evil. Angelica at times can be the
protagonist, Vicky is almost always the antagoist, except for rare
cases when Vicky and Timmy would switch places like when Timmy turned
into a 5 year old or when he read her diary and went over board on
revenge, but those are rare. And Angelica did come first, she is the
original Nicktoons bad girl.
It comes down to humor, they both hillarous. Though it is hard to top
the Stu Pickles makes pudding episode, that was a classic. But than
the beauty pagent episode in which Catman debutted, that is always a
classic in its own right.
Just for the record, IMO Azula beats them both easily, but I did say
comedy Nicktoons and I said that for a reason. If not, it is just a
battle for a distant second. Azula is a whole another level of
awesome, so that is not really fair.
