jaclyn Smith's Voice on episode 13, Season 3 (uncredited)

This has been driving me crazy. I watched the episode "Sticks and
Stones May Break Your Bones, But Waterbury Will Bury You" (Episode
13, season 3, 1977).

In this episode I really believe I heard Jaclyn Smith's very distinct
voice as a party to a phone call. There was only a voice, we never see
the person on the other end of the call. The voice is uncredited.

the voice clip occurs right at the 27 minute mark when a guy is in the
back of a van doing surveillance on an apartment complex and listening
in on a phone call. It is one of the voices on that phone call which
really sounds like Jaclyn Smith.

I am terrible with faces, but I have an uncanny knack and rarely miss
a voice. However, at this time Smith would have already been under
contract with ABC For Charlies Angels. Anybody know anything about
this?
